Seasoned in navigating negotiations with city planning authorities and inspectors, ensuring compliance and project adherence to regulations and standards.
Adept at brokering agreements, adeptly handling contracts with clients and subcontractors, including change orders, ensuring smooth project progression.
Proficient in the procurement process, handling comprehensive project buyouts efficiently.
Extensive experience in cultivating and managing relationships with a wide array of clients, spanning individual customers to corporate accounts, thereby fostering business growth and development.

Marcel Tampied, our esteemed Founder, boasts an impressive tenure of over three decades in the construction and architecture realm. A proud alumnus of Florida International University, Marcel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s in Construction Management. This formidable educational background laid the foundation for his extensive expertise in overseeing projects from their initial concept through to design, construction, and final delivery.

At the helm of construction operations, Marcel is instrumental in the daily management of both design and construction processes. He plays a pivotal role in steering our team towards new construction ventures while simultaneously nurturing the growth of our company.

Renowned for his proficiency in high-end construction, Marcel’s leadership has been the driving force behind numerous award-winning projects. His portfolio spans a diverse range of prestigious asset classes, including luxury retail outlets, sophisticated office spaces, upscale restaurants, and bespoke custom homes, each tailored to meet the exacting standards of our discerning clientele.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Marcel is an avid enthusiast of endurance sports, particularly cycling and running, where he participates in various challenging events.
